Attorney Aaron A. Lipsky was born and raised in Keene, New Hampshire. He received his undergradute education at the University of Chicago and Keene State College. He received his law degree from Boston College Law School.
Attorney Aaron A. Lipsky has practiced law in Keene, New Hampshire, and the surrounding area for over 25 years. He has a general practice and handles a variety of matters including divorce, personal injury, wills, trusts, estate planning, powers of attorney, probate, real estate, zoning, contracts and business formation. He has represented clients in many courts in the state. He has briefed and argued a number of cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court including Vermont National Bank v. Taylor, 122 N.H. 442, 445 A.2d 1122; Grimes v. Concord General Mutual Ins. Co., 120 N.H. 718, 422 A.2d 1312; and State of New Hampshire v. Burroughs, 113 N.H. 21, 300 A.2d 315.
Attorney Aaron A. Lipsky has served on the boards of a number of community organizations and has held public office. He was elected and served for ten years on the Keene City Council and was elected and served as Mayor of the City of Keene for three terms.
